Eskdene

The London steamer Eskdene (3.829 tons), which was mined off the Scottish coast a few days ago, was towed by two tugs to a North-East Coast port yesterday, where she was beached at the entrance to the harbour. The whole of her crew of 29 were rescued by a Norwegian steamer and landed at a Scottish port. After her cargo has been taken off the vessel will be placed dry dock for repairs.
